I have a lot of gripes about the mentality behind marriage from the rules, perceived expectations, to the influence of church and government. But I do love a good wedding proposal. I share some tips on what to do and what not to do if you decide to pull that trigger and drop to one knee.

Most have us have done it. And most have us have said a silent prayer that no cops will be on the road & nothing bad will happen. I use to drive drunk all the time & luckily nothing happened & thankfully I out grew that idiotic phase. But not all of us are that lucky to be able to learn from our mistakes with out something terrible like a prison sentence looming over them.

I've been into fitness ever since high school, had abs at 14 and have never wanted to be without them. But life happens, you gain weight and you're told it's normal. Then as you get older you don't move as good and you're also told that's normal. And all of a sudden I'm staring at the end of my 20s feeling broken and fat, fearing that it was all downhill from here. This episode I talk about changing all that around and how at 32 I'm back to my graduation weight and the healthiest version of myself.

Online dating is one of the greatest technological achievements of our times. If Sav and I break up you best believe I'll be swiping on that Tinder app I still haven't deleted off my phone. Online dating is a gift of abundance of sexual opportunity, just don't fall for the first 6 that slides into your DMs. Be better than that.

I've done a variety of long distance relationships from 50miles, to 500miles to 2000miles. All of them have presented their own unique challenges and all shared the same common theme that they suck for sex life.

We often think we're in love and use that to justify stupidity, but the reality is that insecurity of not finding ourselves leads most of us to cling to another. When I was 26 I was desperately insecure and needed someone to fill this incomplete void in me. The person who answered was a married woman, with two kids half way across the country that I randomly met on Instagram.

There seems to be a lot of closet gay men, and even the men who know they're straight are scared they could one day "turn" gay. BRO culture is often stiff among men, and I don't mean in the pants, but in the way they lack being able to properly share feelings with one another. Maybe rearing boys to be hard and not to cry has left us all a bit emotionally retarded and confused.

Once virtual reality gets here nobody is going to be having in person sex anymore. We're all going to spend our days wasting away inside simulators cheating on our partners with our wildest and darkest fantasies. So best to enjoy the real thing with another human being while it lasts.

Alcohol has played many roles in my life and one of the most important ones was using it as a dating tactic to both meet girls and get the courage to have sloppy drunken sex with them.
