Brian Brady is a former Division one swimmer at Rider University in New Jersey.  Brian currently is the head coach of the St. Croix Dolphins and US National Swim Team of the Virgin Islands.  He tells his story of transitioning from a local Jersey boy to full time resident of St. Croix of the Virgin Islands.  Brian talks about the struggle of finding a job after college and the events that led to his opportunity to move to the islands and find a career in his passion of coaching and swimming.

Jacob is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, strength and conditioning coach, and athlete.  Dr. Swart received his doctoral degree in Physical therapy from Ohio University and currently works at Athlete's Potential out of Decatur, Georgia.  Jacob talks about his move from Mississippi to Georgia in pursuit of his goal of providing optimal health care and wellness in a cashed-based Physical Therapy clinic.  He provides great insight on some differences in working for a typical  in-network insurance based practice vs that of a cash based model.  He discusses how he adjusted to some challenges such as moving to another state, public speaking, and playing a more active role in his community in order to better serve his patients.

Joanie Krupa is a Nurse, educator, home designer, wife, and loving mother of two.  Joanie talks about her experiences of growing up poor in the projects, being raised by a single mother, and then out on her own since 17 years old.  

Joanie talks about the challenges of pursuing a college degree with limited funds, sleeping in her car, and doing whatever it takes to continue her education.  She talks about her experience of being a young mother, having her first child at 18 years old, and how she decided to adapt and handle life's challenges along the way in order to provide a good home and be a role model for her 2 daughters.
