Okay, so the episode title is a bit click-baity. But if that's what it takes for you to listen, then so be it! In this episode, host Harpo talks about how our first relationship with a man, in most cases our father, replicates and becomes the blueprint for our relationship with other men. She speaks on her relationship with her father and reflects on how it's shaped her own romantic experiences.

Manifestation is a practice, one that starts and ends within yourself. In this episode, host Harpo talks about the number one thing most of us skip over when manifesting what we want: our relationship with ourselves. Many of us go through life thinking that once we achieve a certain level of success, hit a milestone, or enter into a relationship, we'll become worthy. But what if you changed your mindset and considered that you don't have to do anything to become worthy and valuable? What if you considered that your value is innate and not earned? In this episode, host Harpo reminds us all that we are worthy and valuable, regardless of what the world outside of ourselves looks like.

"Hey, do you have Snapchat?"-- the way to a woman's heart in 2022. JK NOT. In this episode, host Harpo tells us why she doesn't give a guy her Snapchat during their first encounter, no matter how interesting the conversation was, no matter how cute the guy was. She breaks it down and shows us how it's reflective of an incredibly casual culture of dating-- one that she is over upholding. In the end, Harpo reveals the answer she really wants to give a mans when he asks for her Snapchat.

Ghosting is the practice of ending a personal relationship with someone by suddenly and without explanation withdrawing from all communication. Ghosting is also the theme of host Harpo's love life. And probably for all the other millennials out there, because everyone loves to ghost. But ghosting? At our big age? Not cool. Harpo has been majorly ghosted often and each time, it sparked a ton of hurt and insecurity, yes, but it also deepened her self-love practice. Listen now to hear all about it.

Raise your hand if you have a secret list somewhere in your room of the kind of partner you want to attract. Well, it shouldn't be a secret. It should be an embodied list that you check often and check consistently. Host Harpo does that and she's working on not just calling in a partner that matches that list, but becoming the kind of person that reflects that list. In this episode, she openly shares her list and inspires us all to not only make a list but check it twice.
