Today's topic is going to be about financial planning, and our guest today is John Stoj, whose career in finance began on Wall Street nearly 25 years ago. He learned that the financial services industry is full of people interested in taking advantage of their clients. He watched the financial industry meltdown in 2008 and came to realization that working for the best interest of his customers is worth every penny of his fees.

The second thing that John has learned and would recommend to you is to document everything. Make everything a process and record those processes. That way anyone can continue to use those processes to create the same quality output.

Shanice is a business productivity consultant, specializing in project management, who helps clients ranging from small startups to multi-million dollar businesses save hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars.

One simple thing you can do is to centralize your administration and project management tools into one place instead of having one thing on Slack and another on Google Docs etc.

Ryan has a board which is involved with multiple people as well as operational consultants, digital consultants and a good solid advisory team that are helping navigate the waters in times where there is uncertainty.
When it comes to scaling, every month Harry would look at their profitability and choose to just reinvest some of that back into what the company needed. Some months you're going to have a higher revenue than others, but in those months where you have the higher revenue, you just put a bit more away and then that starts to compound and that allows you to do the bigger things.
