Despite starting his speaking career with no audience, no following, and no network, Grant earned over 2 million dollars from 500+ paid engagements all over the world. He's done everything from workshops to keynotes in front of 13, 000+ people. And he did all of that without using traditional booking agents or speaker bureaus.

In 2015, he founded The Speaker Lab (www.thespeakerlab.com) to give people the resources he wished he had when he began his speaker journey. He helps aspiring speakers get consistently booked and paid to speak through his speak framework. He's also the author of the book, The Successful Speaker. And he has a podcast called The Speaker Lab.
