In this episode, Kirsten sits down with Dr. Troy Urdahl, the Director of Athletics, Activities, and Facilities for the St. Anthony-New Brighton School District in Minnesota. Dr. Urdahl is a nationally published author, NFHS and NFICEP certified coach, licensed teacher, and an award-winning Certified Master Athletic Administrator. He has served as an instructor for athletic administrators’ Leadership Training Courses and has written curriculum for state and national coaching education initiatives. Dr. Urdahl's research focuses on high school athletes’ participation experiences and character development through sport.
