Quentin Williams is a coach who helps athletes transition to life beyond sports. In this conversation, we discuss Quentin’s background playing football and how experiencing concussions and witnessing related long term negative impacts on other fellow athletes motivated him to help bring awareness to this problem. This includes topics like CTE (chronic traumatic encephalopathy), men’s mental health, and the importance of having compassion.
