Bullying triples in South African schools

Bullying in South African schools has tripled in the past year. A teachers' union says learners are becoming violent, and also carry weapons and drugs to school. The most recent case of bullying was reported in Gauteng last week. A grade 5 pupil was admitted to the ICU after he was choked by a grade 6 learner.
