For the past couple weeks, we have been talking about BURNOUT. We are excited to continue this series, learning that God offers us true rest and that we can live in it every day.

Last week, in part 2 of this series on burnout, we talked about tangible ways of throwing off old masters and old yokes. We walked through the first 3 of 5 steps that will give the rest and freedom we’re looking for.

In this episode, we will get into the 4th step where we will (re)calibrate our thinking to God’s design for rest, as well as, look at different kinds of rest that culture says we all need.
