Dominique Crenn was raised in France and trained in top kitchens around the world. She opened her acclaimed restaurant, Atelier Crenn, in San Francisco in 2001, where she transforms her experiences living in France, California, and Asia into culinary art. Named “Chef of the Year” by Eater in 2012, Dominique makes frequent media appearances, including Today, Top Chef, and Iron Chef America. She is also the first female chef to have been awarded two Michelin stars. Dominique recently released her debut cookbook, Metamorphosis of Taste, which shares with readers her poetic recipes, signature creative plating, and stunning photographs.

Nicole Herft is a food stylist, author, and private chef. Her career began at the age of 17 when she began as a chef’s apprenticeship in Australia. Her food styling career began once she moved to London. Working as a photographer’s assistant introduced her to a new world and soon she landed an in-house role at Sainsbury’s Magazine. Nicole now divides her time between working on cookery shows, cookbooks, magazines, and films. Recently, she was the food stylist the film Burnt, starring Bradley Cooper, Sienna Miller, and Uma Thurman.
