I almost said no to an experience that has changed my life in the best way. My friend Kelly recently invited me to her cabin for a girls weekend, and with everything I have going on in multiple businesses I felt like I didn’t have the time let alone the energy to get away. Luckily, I decided to go and the time I spent in the mountains with some of my closest friends was exactly what I needed. In this episode, we’re sharing a peek into what some of our conversations were over the weekend. Each of us, Kelly Kussman, Sam Harper, Lindsey Schwartz and I each take turns asking each other questions. I hope you take the time to ask yourself these questions too.
00:00 I said yes, and came back a completely different person.
05:15 Have you had things in business that showed you the personal work you need to do?
11:15 What are my triggers trying to tell me?
17:30 Would you do anything differently if you were to go back?
22:00 Contracts I wish I had and how I’d react differently to an employee quitting.
26:20 What has prepared you to receive friendships at the level you have?
33:00 The vulnerability it takes to create deep friendships.
36:30 Letting go of relationships that no longer fit.
40:00 What are you celebrating right now that you might not have in the past?
45:30 Sam was called out by her 9 year old son.

It’s time to take back your peace.
