She is a mom, a genius businesswoman, and someone I can count on giving me the best, most honest advice! One of my first memories of Lizy was when she called me out for being codependent and that conversation honestly changed my life! Cocoon season is the messy middle between who you were and who you’re meant to be. Let’s talk about 3 things I did to get out of my cocoon and step fully into butterfly season.

Cocoon season is the work. It’s intentionally unlearning. It’s the messy middle between who you were and who you are meant to become. Butterfly season is as liberating as it sounds, but before we can get there, cocoon season is a necessary part of the process.

In this episode, I’m sharing what was happening in my life that led me to shut down my business and enter a cocoon season before I even fully understood what that meant. Between my story and the 3 things I share with you, my hope is that you’re able to navigate your own cocoon seasons with intention, so they don’t have to feel as long or as heavy, and you can step into that beautiful butterfly season on the other side.
