Cocoon season is the work. It’s intentionally unlearning. It’s the messy middle between who you were and who you are meant to be. Butterfly season is as liberating as it sounds, but before we can get there cocoon season is a necessary part of the process. In this episode, I’m sharing what was happening in my life that led to me to shut down my business and go into a cocoon season before I fully even understood what that meant.
