On today’s episode of the Coach and Coordinator podcast, host Keith Grabowski is joined by Pedro Arruza, head coach at Randolph-Macon (RM), a Division III school in Ashland, Va. Arruza has been at the helm of RM for 15 years and has overhauled the program into one of the more successful D-III programs in the country. In 2018, he guided the Yellow Jackets to an ODAC Championship and a 9-3 overall record, which included a win over No. 8 ranked John Carroll in the first round of the NCAA Division III Playoffs. Coach joins the podcast today to talk about how he built his program and what their identity is.
