我们所有人都在追求效率，我们也会通过各种方式提高效率，通过 App、关于效率的书或他人的经验。可是我们并没有思考过全面的效率体系，也没有思考高效背后的实际意义。总是在遇到现实问题才想着提高效率。比如，如何在两个月内考过雅思，如何在2个月内瘦身。可是纵然过了雅思也瘦下来了，但真正得到了什么，学到了什么东西了吗？一切有意义的东西都是要经过时间沉淀的。我不反对高效，只是反对盲目的追求快，追求结果，而忽略了最值得思考的过程。
