This Caesar Dressing is a song on your palate, an ode to salad, a dressing fit for royalty.  Dare I say, it offers a charming complexity that you find in the bottled Caesar Dressings in the local grocery store.  But you will find all the ingredients at the grocery store and you'll be happy that you did because it will take your Caesar salad from 'meh' to 'hey, this is good'!  The dressing is courtesy of Samin Nosrat who wrote the book Salt Fat Acid Heat with a Netflix series of the same name.  The book is a worthwhile investment and the series is a must-watch gustatory delight you won't regret spending time on.
