Ewelina Konyndyk is a Life Coach for Immigrants born in Poland. Before moving to the United States in 2005 Ewelina was working as a Polish Language teacher. Walking home one day, she concluded: Something is missing. These kids need a specific kind of knowledge, more important than Polish language. They need to be taught how to live. But what exactly? Two months later she was 5000 miles away, working for her host family in Michigan. The first weeks there were very hard. Ewelina found herself far outside of her comfort zone, struggling to express basic concepts. The years that followed brought many additional challenges that resulted in a 3 years long identity crisis. Unsure of who she really was, she was desperately trying to be someone she thought others expected her to be. Deep inside she felt confused, ashamed and angry. Her life was not unfolding as she imagined it would. In September 2011 she left her loving husband and returned to Poland hoping to find some answers there. She came back four months later finally feeling at peace. Today Ewelina believes that the long process filled with unnecessary drama could have been avoided if she had a good life coach. She was confused, and needed clarity. She needed someone who would ask deep questions and not let go hearing: “I don’t know.” Today Ewelina is the Life Coach she needed back then. In her practice she helps her clients develop a relationship with themselves based on self love, compassion and self awareness. She teaches tools to manage mind and emotions. She believes that this knowledge is what her soul was guiding her to find when walking home from school in Poland. As a long time student of spirituality and self improvement she joined a spiritual center and became one of the teachers leading their courses. Over the years she has developed regular meditation practice and has discovered that life is much easier when one regularly witnesses their own presence and learns to “belong to themselves”. Thanks to Ewelina’s own experience, her clients quickly shift from feeling disconnected, insecure and overwhelmed to calm and empowered. The topics discussed in sessions include but are not limited to: relationships, self-empowerment, processing feelings, overdrinking, overeating, goal setting, business growth, money, grief, time management and lack of motivation. She specializes in helping 1st generation immigrants create the lives they moved for. If you are a 1st generation immigrant, Ewelina believes you owe it to yourself to create the life you came here for. No matter what your story is,

I was born in Ecuador. I was diagnosed with bilateral optic nerve atrophy when I was 7. A virus had attacked my optic nerve, and it caused severe damage to my sight. My family immigrated to the United States when I was 14. Moving to the United States was certainly a culture shock. I neither spoke nor read English. I immediately fell in love with the United States and all the opportunities here.
I successfully graduated from Lakewood High School and went on to St Petersburg College. I was determined to succeed and kept looking for opportunities to advance myself. I never let obstacles get me down and keep me from succeeding.
I was Lakewood High School Senior of the Month, Florida Youth Leadership Forum Delegate, received four Merit Awards for Educational Achievement from the Pinellas Braille Group. I volunteered at John Hopkins All Children's Hospital, Great Explorations Children's Museum, the Lighthouse of Pinellas, and the Fountains of Boca Ciega Rehab Unit.
My passion is to inspire and motivate those struggling in life due to vision loss. I have founded JOJO'S SIMPLE LIFE COACHING, which empowers men and women with visual impairments to break through their barriers and become independent! No one should go through hardships alone.
BELIEVE IN YOURSELF! YOUR POTENTIAL IS LIMITLESS!

Dr. Susan Truong and her family immigrated to Florida in the mid 1970s from Vietnam, penniless and without speaking English. She learned that these were just obstacles and not excuses. Her parents impressed upon her and her four younger brothers that an education is the key out of poverty. Wanting a better life, she was willing to do what it takes to achieve the American dream. After receiving her Bachelors of Science from the University of South Florida, she spent six years in medical research. Because she always knew that she was not going to stop until she has obtained her doctorate, she returned to school and earned her Doctor of Optometry from Nova Southeastern Uni-versity. Today, she is in her second decade as a highly successful optometrist with multiple practices and featured in magazines and news articles. As entrepreneurs, she and her husband are also real estate investors and own a thriving artsy bar in down-town St. Petersburg, Florida. That is all exciting except for one thing. What Dr. Susan Truong did not realize is that striving for success had a major BLINDSPOT. She real-ized that the workaholic in her had been neglecting those most important to her, her family. This became more of a realization when she lost one of her brothers to cancer only nine days after his diagnosis. He was 42 years old. With this new insight, now as a Beyond 20/20 Vision Strategist, she has dedicated her life to helping others SEE BEYOND 20/20, so that not only do they better live into their vision, but are more equipped to transform that vision into reality. She is a brilliant and loving speak-er/coach who will help you to navigate life’s toughest challenges and assist you in building and living your greatest story ever. Today, her devotion is based on her core values of COMMITMENT, BELIEVE, and TRIUMPH. “I am deeply passionate about empowering people of the world to have clarity and live a life beyond 20/20. No one said that your vision has to stop at 20/20. Your vision should be so big that it scares you. If this poor girl from Vietnam can do it, then so can you!”
