Ajoy Kumar, MD, FAAFP

Dr. Ajoy Kumar has been passionate about making an impact in the community since he was a hospice volunteer. Caring for patients today as a board-certified family physician, Dr. Kumar loves to empower them and improve their health knowledge. “It’s rewarding to see patients recapture a version of themselves they thought they had lost or thought they could never become,” he says. “It’s also an honor to work with seniors. They are a source of wisdom and inspiration.”

In addition to one-on-one care, Dr. Kumar has previously overseen patient care and developed national and state level healthcare policy. He is constantly reading about advances in his field and taking up new hobbies. Most of all, Dr. Kumar values quality time with family.

Rita Barreto, visionary founder and president of Top Tier Leadership, has worked with some of the top brands in the world to build leadership bench strength, enhance employee engagement, and increase profits. She is a motivational speaker, award-winning consultant, author, and TEDx speaker. In 2020, she served as the Chair of the Florida Commission on the Status of Women and has had three gubernatorial appointments. Currently, she serves as Chair of Discover the Palm Beaches, the county tourism marketing organization.

Nicole Valentin Alicea is a well-rounded marketing, branding, and advertising professional with superior business acumen.

For almost 20 years, Nicole has successfully helped local, national and international companies, agencies, and nonprofits adapt to rapidly changing environments and achieve their business goals. Her infectious enthusiasm and collaborative leadership style create a productive environment for idea-generation and a winning attitude.

Comprehensive marketing-strategy development, market research and analysis, account management, web design, and media planning and buying are among her strong suits and specialties.

First, she assesses her client’s customer's current customer experience, aiming to bridge the gap between where the company is and where it wants to be, ensuring that all basic business and customer needs are met. Then, drawing on nearly 20 years of experience with thousands of clients, she plans the advertising tactics she is confident will achieve her client's desired results — whether it be attracting new customers, improving brand awareness and reputation, or increasing revenue. Once the media plan is in place, she and her team collaborate to develop memorable creative to drive the campaign.

Nicole grew up in Puerto Rico and then moved to Tampa, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Advertising from the University of South Florida.

Eagerly embracing all cultures and speaking and writing fluent English and Spanish, with competency in casual French, Nicole is an entrepreneur with a global mindset.

Her continuing education has included graduating from Harvard Business School Online (Disruptive Business Strategy) and the American Association of Advertising Agencies (Executive Leadership). She continues learning daily by devouring audiobooks on business skills, personal development, leadership, and peak performance.

Although biking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends are her joys, her daughter is, unquestionably and without equal, the great love of her life.

Dr. Nareesha Khan is a board-certified physician specializing in Internal Medicine. She received her medical degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine and completed her residency at Orlando Regional Medical Center.

Dr. Khan enjoys guiding her patients to better health and says, “I enjoy teaching and breaking down the ‘why’ of medicine, as I truly feel it removes the mystery and intimidation of why we do what we do.” She also adds that quality of life is the most important goal in the work she does with her patients.

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband at every opportunity, taking in new cultures and cuisines wherever she is.

George Wickramanayake, MD

Volunteering with hospitals, mission trips, and health-related organizations while in college inspired Dr. George Wickramanayake to become a physician. “I find it rewarding to help people and build meaningful relationships at the same time,” he says. Having helped his grandma with her care, Dr. Wickramanayake says, “Treating seniors is personal to me. I understand the difficulties they face, and I will go the extra mile to help them understand their health and feel in control of their care.”

In his personal time, Dr. Wickramanayake loves to be active at the gym, try different restaurants, follow sports, and relax on the beach. Also, a fan of world travel, he considers Greece to be magical and hopes to visit Italy next.

Regeline “Gigi” Sabbat is a first generation Haitian born in America and the CEO and

Founder of Life Service Center of America, LLC.

Gigi is a popular leadership and women’s empowerment speaker on topics of passion

close to her heart; resiliency, financial literacy, and surviving domestic violence and

sexual assault.

Gigi is proud to be an American and is the author of the best selling books, Walk With Me

and God First. Gigi is a former intern with US Senator Marco Rubio and is finishing her

degree in law in 2021 with an emphasis on common sense Constitutional Law and

making it easy to understand. Her energy and excitement are contagious and she speaks

to anyone who is stuck spiritually, financially, professionally or personally, for all are tied

intricately together. She provides the clarity to move forward to success.

Her speeches provide awareness of everyday leadership action steps that speak to any

group. Gigi is from the Tampa area and enjoys volunteering and spending free time with

Claribel Cruz MD

Dr. Cruz remembers going to her father’s clinic as a child and seeing how his patients regarded him as family. “I help my patients live happy, healthy golden years,” says Dr. Cruz “Education is key. Once patients understand their ailments, they can help decrease disease progression”

Nehal Gheewala, DO,

Dr Gheewala has always had a passion for working with aging Patients. These experiences inspiring him to pursue a career as a geriatrician. “I always advocate for my patients” says Dr. Gheewala. “I pride myself in managing chronic diseases while maintaining my patient’s mobility, reducing their medication burden and avoiding hospital stays”

Born and raised in Bogota Colombia, moved to the United States in the ’90s where I completed high school and college, with two degrees in finance and MIS. Married to Nerissa and have two children 10 and 12. We are both in our early 40’s I have a systems/IT background and for the last three years, I have run my own filmmaking business. My clients include both b2c and b2b. Nerissa is an internal auditor. I did not like my career in IT. I disliked the monotony of an everyday routine, grew bored of the 9-5. I wanted to get out from behind the desk and get more personal interaction. Nerissa is the voice of reason who helps me stay focused on what’s important.

I believe in myself and I am always willing to invest in myself. I recently hired a marketing coach to help me build the film business. In addition, I know my strengths and I am willing to continue to grow personally and hire people whose skills complement my own.
