As the episode unfolds, it becomes clear that Bill is stuck in 2022. His timeline is shaky, his memory conveniently selective, and when it comes to the client who left Rafi Law Group for Gil’s firm, he suddenly develops amnesia.

That departure? It marked the beginning of the end between Rafi and Gil. The voicemail from that client says more than enough about how the case was handled—and what Bill refuses to take responsibility for.

What’s not discussed (but worth noting): Bill allegedly made so many harassing calls to the client that her husband had to step in and tell Bill to back off—or else.

Oh, and Bill blames Gil for his broken engagement too. But let’s not forget the philandering at the office that drove Jessica to leave just weeks before the wedding.

During the call, Litigation Super Lawyer Bill Kelhoffer reiterates his demands that Gil and Jezuz refrain from mentioning Mike Rafi, Paige Rafi, and Jessica Sanich on the podcast.

Gil responds by telling Top 40 Under 40 Lawyer Bill Kelhoffer that he will continue defending himself on the podcast as long as Rafi's lawsuit continues.

Following the call, 8-year veteran and managing attorney Bill Kelhoffer contacted the police, filed a report, and pursued an Injunction for Harassment against both Gil and Jezuz.
