Thomas Ferrario has been working on anomalous research since 1969. He has been a divemaster, both a member and section director of MUFON, a machinist, and an electrical engineer. In 2006, he began assisting Ted Phillips. Ted Phillips worked on physical trace evidence of the phenomenon and investigations. Matthew Roberts is a former member of the United States Navy. He served as a cryptologist and was onboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt in 2015 and later worked with the Office of Naval Intelligence.
