Dr. Wilbur Allen, PhD is a UFO researcher that has taken a scientific approach with his work. He has been analyzing numerous videos and pictures of anomalies, which can be viewed on his website and youtube channel. Dr. Allen has traveled extensively to study the phenomenon, including to Alaska, Arizona, D.C., and outside of Area 51.
