Focus: relaxation and calm. Healing is a term that can mean different things to different people. What is healing to you? To me, it is simply an ongoing aspect of life that any of us seeking betterness will continue to experience. Imagine that every moment of our lives leads us to our own personal healing? I believe this to be true.

I used to think that feeling compassion meant allowing another person to feel. Of course it does, but it is also saying yes to feeling whatever comes up for you when you are watching others struggle. I am discovering that I can feel my own sense of sadness and pain when I watch my loved ones struggle. So I wrote a new song to create a safe environment for everybody's feelings.

Focus: Relax, surrender and trust. This is all about relaxation! With the season change and my busy career amping up, I have been craving an episode that simply calms. Floating is one of my all-time favourite songs. It was written as part of my Covid Recovery album. Now, I have created a timeless episode that will not mention current events and can be listened to ANY time to soothe and relax.

Focus: Finding positivity & coping methods; How do we keep our own precious energy both contained AND contributing? This week's episode is about giving and receiving instead of giving ourselves away. It is also about learning to embrace our gifts and allowing those gifts to create momentum in our lives instead of pushing or forcing. With therapeutic music, you can just lie back and then the music work with your brain to feel better in fewer than 15 minutes.

Focus: Self-acceptance, letting go. This episode is about seeking acceptance and understanding for all that is and finding the presence to move forward, one step at a time. It comes from a place of needing to let go of the things we may attach to our identity and tend to hang onto so tightly. Take a short time to treat yourself to some relaxation today.

Focus: accepting what is. Why do we seek change? It can be hard to recognize the difference between changes that would be nice versus changes that are needed. Sometimes all we need is to simply accept the flaws and imperfections in our life. These songs were composed for guests on my other podcast "Miss Tweetie's Parents".

Focus: Feeling love(d). This episode is about trusting the relationship between the vibrations of the music and your brain. It is also about feeling love and feeling loved. Our conscious brains are such a small portion of our brain's function. And often, our conscious brain's need for control can get in our way. Let this episode allow you to let go and simply let things happen FOR you.

Focus: self-compassion; How do you feel when your actions affect others in a negative way? We can't be our authentic selves without stepping on other people's toes. No matter how hard we try to be our best selves, we cannot make everybody happy. We are taught that when we stand up for ourselves in a manner that is respectful toward others, we are serving them as well as ourselves. Yet, it is hard to feel like the cause of another's struggles. Self-compassion is key in finding our voices.
