In the second half of Mark 10, Jesus shares with His disciples He will be delivered to the Jewish leaders who will condemn Him to death, but after three days He will rise again. He teaches them that the way to greatness in His Kingdom comes by serving others. The chapter closes with Jesus healing a blind man.

As we finish 1 Thessalonians, we will study the topic of “Living in Peace”. We learn God’s will for us to live in peace with God and others. We will also learn how not to quench the Holy Spirit in our lives.

In Mark 10, Jesus urges us to have a simple, childlike faith. He also redefines God’s requirements and warns us a sacrifice is required to enter heaven.

The book of Colossians chapter 3 gives great insight into “Enjoying The Abundant Life” that Jesus promised to his followers.

This week we will be reminded to remain spiritually ready- for the Day of the Lord is coming. We will also be called to action as God reveals the plan for His children and the work we must do.

More and more, Jesus wants to change us from being good, to being godly. Join us this weekend as learn three behaviors of a godly Church.

Jesus wants to show us that true greatness is not about what we make ourselves out to be – but it is all about how we work to make others great.

This message taken out of 1 Timothy 4:12 is about leaving a godly legacy to the generations following us. The Lord instructs us to be godly examples to others. We will go over 5 biblical principles we can learn from, live ourselves and pass on to others. I am team teaching this message alongside my daughter Kristi Palmisano.

Mark 9 is the powerful story of Jesus’ transfiguration. It will give us a glimpse of God’s Glory, and we’ll also learn what to do when doubt and unbelief attack us.
