In this section of Mark 15 we’ll study the spiritual significance of Jesus’ crucifixion. We’ll also try to imagine how it emotionally and physically affected Jesus, the man.

The ending of Mark 14 is the story of Peter's denial of Jesus. Chapter 15 begins with the Sanhedrin binding Jesus and delivering Him to Pilate for questioning in front of the crowd.

In this teaching we will study the biblical connections in Matthew 18 between receiving God’s forgiveness for our sins and our ability to forgive others. We will hear a testimony of the power of God to forgive us and His strength to forgive others. We will also study what forgiveness is and is not. We will seek God’s freedom in forgiveness.

As we finish Mark 13 and begin Chapter 14, Jesus warns us to stay awake and be ready. We’ll also see Jesus praise a woman for putting information He gave her into tangible action.

In this study of 1 Timothy 2, we will learn ways we can “Choose Christ Over Culture”. This chapter has specific charges for men, women, and church leadership. It also has one of the most difficult verses in the New Testament to understand.
