This is part 2 of my first conversations ever with someone about vaccines. If you listened to Part 1 with Brandy, you can literally see my confidence level has completely changed while talking with Alexandra. This is proof of me overcoming my fears of learning the truth about vaccines or being worried to offend or say something the wrong way. I can now confidently ask the questions I have and hear other people’s opinions without being fearful of what their answer might be. In this episode you hear me giving the full story on a terrible experience I had at my previous pediatricians office that I shared with very few people. I open up to Alexandra, who has been in research for years, and I learn SO many things that I truly believe everyone and every parent should know.
We talk about her story of her background in research and what made her start her instagram page, what inserts are, the importance of informed consent, how vaccine schedules are made, corruption, what incentives are, I share my story with choosing to vaccinate my children, how all of this can affect post partum, adverse reactions, what eczema is and how it’s more than just a rash, a mother’s instinct, jaundice, she shares some stories she has gone through with multiple pediatricians, the real reporting of adverse reactions, safety studies, vaccines during pregnancy, how to have these open and honest conversations with friends and family about your choice for your child, and more.
It can be very hard to take the first step and take that blind fold off to see the truth but let me tell you, it is worth it for the future of our children, children’s children, and so on. Thank you Alexandra for helping pave the way for me and thousands of other parents!

My pelvic floor therapist's website says it best; “there is a good chance that you have already been told that pelvic floor issues are “normal,” “part of getting older” or “just how your body is after childbirth.” We are here to tell you that there is help and hope. At Moses & Johnson (MOJO) Therapy Associates, we treat the issues that are talked about the least but often impact our daily lives the most.”
I have the wonderful and beautiful Ellen, a PFT and new mommy, on to talk all about pelvic floor, who is it for (aka everyone), what areas of life it can help you with such as fertility, pregnancy, post partum, sexual intercourse, PAIN, etc. We dive into many things, like our own stories + how specifically it has helped us, all the muscles in your pelvic floor, Ellen talks about the benefits of dry needling, we talk about potty training, why it hurts to have sex and what we can do to fix that, ending period cramps, pros and cons of kegels, how PFT is more than helping with the physical stuff…mental health too. Pelvic floor issues are common, not normal, and it's time we all know about it, it's time we give people in pain hope, it's time to change these certain hardships we face.
I truly cannot thank Ellen enough for coming on and sharing the important things about PFT. We both believe it should be a requirement after delivery and Ellen shares a little about how MOJO’s research could help make that a possibility. BIG DEAL. I can’t wait to have Ellen back and possibly some other PFTs to come on and share more about this.

The beautiful mother of 3 and one of the most incredible women I know, Amy Young, is on this episode with me and I cannot thank her enough for her vulnerability in sharing her story about her daughter’s diagnosis of spina bifida and how she is doing today. She shares the incredible clinical trial they were a part of in Texas which helped change her daughter’s future mobility, amongst many other things and how that experience affected her family in many positive ways. This family is truly an inspiration. Halfway through we unknowingly do a deep dive into our faith and Amy shares how her relationship with Jesus and how her constant growing faith and desire to know Him and his story even more has completely changed her life for the better and I couldn’t agree more. Thank you Amy and cannot wait to have you back on to check in on you and sweet Madison!

my name is Camilla and i am the face of MOMZILLA. I am a mom of 3 beautiful children, the wife of a plumber with some musical talent you could say, a wedding and birth videographer, a family photographer, and a mom who has struggled with post partum depression and anxiety. I started this podcast with the intention of bringing all moms together, sharing our stories, bc we all have them, and really helping moms not feel alone. Over the last 5 years of motherhood, I have embarked on a journey of transparency, vulnerability, optimizing mental and physical health, and setting up my self and my children for a healthy, successful future. I am also a Christian who is completely thankful for my Lord and Savior and striving to be more comfortable with talking about my faith with others but I am no where near perfect, just yearning to be the best person, mother, wife, daughter, and friend I can be. I would be honored to have you come on this journey of motherhood with me as I learn new things from every guest appearance, have conversations that you may or may not normally have, and learning the best ways to eliminate toxins in our every day lives whether in our home or what we put into our bodies. I know these topics can be intimidating. BUT we can do this together. We will take this day by day, step by step, one thing at a time and if you are a mom or a future mom looking to do the same, then this is the podcast for you. Welcome to season 2 of Camilla the MOMZILLA.
This episode I am filling y'all in on my third pregnancy and delivery story, along with how my post partum journey is going but if you'd rather here about how this season will be, skip to the halfway mark and I get into ALL the deets. Cannot wait for you to come on this journey of motherhood with me! LESGO.
Supa excited for you to watch/listen to this one. The smart, driven, beautiful, + bad a$$ mama, Molly, is on the pod. If you don’t already know (which let’s be honest, she’s a local celeb), she owns the oh so popular bridal salon called Maggie Louise. On the ep, we talk about how she got ML started, how she manages to be a full time mom AND have a full time job, when she discovered her hearing loss + how she made it a positive impact on her life instead of a negative one, how difficult it was for her (and anyone with hearing loss) to communicate with people when everyone was wearing masks, we talk about her 3 c-section experiences, + more. Molly, you are truly an inspiration to so many. I am so thankful you have such a strong voice for everyone + anyone who has hearing loss. Your support is powerful + just you opening up will make a difference! THANK YOU LOVE YOU MAMA!

FINALLY the episode everyone’s been asking about! My fav OBGYN, Dr. Alicia Wright, is in da buildinggg. Alicia + I go way back because our mom’s are besties + she knows everything about my pregnancies + deliveries (obviously bc she delivered my children lol) so it was fun to hear all about her 3 pregnancies + her road to becoming the bad ass mom AND doctor that she is. We talk all about pregnancies, deliveries, breastfeeding/pumping, why not to schedule a baby shower after 36 weeks preggo (LOL), post party depression/anxiety/OCD, antidepressants, BOUNDARIES, how grey’s anatomy is NOT real, cervical checks, pelvic floor therapy (shout out to MOJO), + she answers some questions some of you had for her. SO MUCH GOOD INFO.
Alicia, thank you so much for opening up about your personal life + sharing so much with all of us. WE LOVE YOU + ARE THANKFUL FOR YOU.

I’ve been MIA for a couple months but super excited to be back! This is a very special episode. My dear friend Heather is so kind enough to share her fertility struggles + IVF journey with us! I learned SO much after talking with her + hearing her story. Like she said, she isn’t a doctor, BUT with the best of her knowledge + with her experiences, she goes through different fertility tests, different medications, supplements, + her own personal story. I can’t thank her enough for being so open + vulnerable with us. If you are going through this, YOU ARE NOT ALONE! Here are the links to everything Heather was talking about:

Today I am 30 YEARS OLD. WUUUUT. So last night, I recorded my 30th podcast episode with a special guest, my husband, Wade. This episode isn’t a typical momzilla episode but I wanted him to be a part of this special announcement :). we talk about how we met, a bit about our journey finding out about our first born, + more. Stay tuned for next week's episode with my dear friend Heather who is kind enough to share her IVF story <3
Today my beautiful best friend is opening up + sharing her journey through infertility. Don't you hate that word as much as I do? I am so proud of her + thankful for her vulnerability because I know she isn’t the only one going through this + many of you have asked for this exact podcast episode. We talk about each step of her journey so far, some advice on what to do + not to do for your mental health, she gives in detail about the many tests she has had, how the partners also go through their own journey as well, + honestly just so much info is shared here. She even breaks it all down for us + proves what an absolute miracle each baby is. This is an incredible episode + I know it is a sensitive topic but I couldn’t be more proud of Rachel being the one to open this podcast up to talking about this. Join me in saying prayers for every woman who is struggling through this + a big prayer towards Rachel + her husband Colton as they begin their IVF journey.
My next episode will be another journey of infertility + IVF, so stay tuned.
