Episode 7 is hereeee.  It's a good one y'all.  I have the beautiful Virginia (my two year old called her Mrs. Vagaina....LOL) with us today to talk all about pelvic floor therapy.  I had no idea what it was (even after arriving at my first appointment) until my wonderful OB suggested it.  It has absolutely changed my life mentally and physically.  In this episode we talk about my journey with PFT, what exactly a pelvic floor is and how important it is for everyone (not just moms), the symptoms you may have that are signs it's time to make an appt, keegals, what's "common" but not "normal", how PFT can help with all kinds of things such as jaw pain, back pain, pregnancy, anything post partum, even fertility, and so much more.  I hope you learn as much as I did.  Thank you Virginia for gracing us with your presence and having the most calming voice of all time.
