Hey zillas.  I’ve got my girl Keisha here who is a Post Partum Doula + Lactation Consultant.  She also is a massage therapist who saved me during wedding season while pregnant by giving me the best prenatal massages evaaa.  Today we chat all about the journey of post partum, how it looks different for everyone, that it is SO important to have a good support system and how a pp doula can be that for you.  We talk about breastfeeding, about prenatal massages, and so much more.   I even ask Keisha if anyone has ever asked for a “happy ending” in a massage….ew.  Anyways, can’t wait for you to hear what a post partum doula is all about and how incredible this woman is.  Keisha is moving back to Savannah, GA in the next month so if you are in the Memphis area get on her books ASAP for a massage!  Love ya Keish!!

OMG I am SO excited to finally launch Camilla The Momzilla podcast.  For my first episode, I thought who better than to be my guest than my own mom, Pamela!  We talk about why I wanted to start this whole shebang, we discuss everything post partum, and we talk about all our pregnancies, deliveries, breastfeeding, etc.  You even find out how I was conceived...hence the title of this episode lol and we talk about the struggles moms face every day.  And of course, being my mom, she gives me an introduction to fill you in on what I'm about!  I can't wait to have her back on in the future to dive deeper into some topics like colic, being a working mom, and still birth.  Thanks for listening!
