Shyheim and Sean explored a conversation around a sexual experience that stood out to them that they really enjoyed. Sean and Shyheim discuss what society deems as a "Man" and how to be or become one. They've realized that they didn't necessarily have the tools and support to mold them into the men that they are today. They are still learning what "Being A Man" looks like for them. Sean explains how although he had a father around he still had to learn some things through life experiences alone and Shyheim related to that so heavily with him going through life without a father for 23years of his life and no other male influeneces around to mold him or just their to learn from.

This weeks episode Sean and Shyheim unpacked some of their emotions even emotions that they found themselves suppressing. Realizing that suppressing your feelings instead of expressing yourself only makes things build up until one day you can't take it anymore. We're learning that it's important to get clear on your triggers so that you can identify them when they come up and deal with them accordingly instead of avoiding them. We've both identified that when we're intoxicated we notice our triggers expand and most times they're uncontrollable due to the substance at the time. The goal is to learn how to create healthy boundaries around certain topics when the timing isn't right.
