What once appeared to be one of Iowa's toughest games of the season, and potentially hosting a top team in the country, is now a game between unranked teams with Iowa even favored.

Penn State has lost three straight games to Oregon, UCLA, and Northwestern, fired their coach and lost starting QB Drew Allar to injury.
