Italian car maker Lamborghini has decided to move its workers to a 32-hour work week without any decrease in pay. Labor historian and author Erik Loomis joins us to discuss how this generation is “rethinking its relationship to work” and whether or not Lamborghini’s new plan might be a sign of things to come here in America.
