Almost 2 weeks ago, we found out that several of our coaches were positive for COVID, and we made the decision to shut down our gym for over 2 weeks. Unlike the first shut down 4 months ago where we were able to loan out equipment and provide remote workouts and coaching, we felt it was right this time to put all of our memberships on hold, which was a significant loss for our business. As we look to open back up in the next week or two, this episode dives into how we are approaching things to limit our downside and protect the long-term future of our gym.
