If you've been paying attention you will know that a brand new T10 tournament took place in the Caribbean in August.
However this one was different in that it focued on the associate nations in the region that dont commonly fall under the Cricket West Indies banner.
Max60 started off in the Cayman Islands but that is just the beginning for a tournament that wants to help grow the game in the region.
CEO of BMP Sports and the driver behind Max60, Dario Barthley, joined Machel to talk further on the competition and it's future growth.

We always thought it would happen at some point and so it has come to pass.
Deandra Dottin has finally announced her international retirement U-turn and comes back to maroon colours just ahead of the Women's T20 World Cup.
Machel jumped into the hot seat to assess what this means going forward and if this can/will signal better days ahead.

And so mercifully the test series in England finally came to an end.
England won 3-0 and rather predictably so but was it a series of missed opportunities for the West Indies?
Machel and Santokie jumped into the hot seat to review the 3rd test and the series as a whole.

Last month Desmond Haynes' contract as West Indies Men's Lead Selector came to an end and was not renewed.

At the Caribbean Cricket Podcast we always try to ensure our audience can hear from all the important stakeholders in West Indies Cricket.
In April this year, Ramesh Subasinghe was appointed as the new Academy Head Coach. Machel ventured over to Belfast to not only take in the second four day game between (Emerging) Ireland and West Indies Academy but also conduct the first camera interview with Ramesh.
It's an important conversation that looks in depth at his mission statement for the Academy and how we can bridge the gap between U19 and senior level going forward.
