hi everyoneeee ♥️ for today’s ep i wanted to come on and talk about what i’ve been doing when i get sad / frustrated / overwhelmed and feel like i can’t get out of my own head. life has been rough recently so i feel called to talk about this!
i started doing this about a month ago and although i’m still learning and practicing this habit, it’s already proven to be the only way to take me from super sad to happy like THAT. it helps remind me to love everything around me and be grateful for life itself.
