Carney Meets Trump

Canada's new Prime Minister Mark Carney came face to face with US President Donald Trump at the White House today. The old, steady alliance is now more fraught than ever, with President Trump slapping tariffs on his neighbor and threatening to make it the 51st state. Frank McKenna is former Canadian Ambassador to the US, and he joins the show from Toronto.
