"I'm Lindy from Melbourne, Australia, and I'm 52 years young! My journey with weight struggles started early on—I was a shy kid with low self-esteem issues, finding comfort in food—a habit that spiraled into an unhealthy relationship. "Hi my name is Nora Kemmerer. I have worked in cardiology for almost 14 years as an echocardiographer. I had bariatric surgery in 2015, to help me lose the weight the Drs said was preventing me from getting pregnant, but was unable to get rid of my sugar addiction. I successfully lost 110lbs post-surgery, but my fertility journey led my husband and me to pursue IVF. After multiple failed embryo transfers for IVF in early 2020, I asked my fertility doctor what else I could do. He said the carnivore diet.
