This week I am super excited to introduce you to my new friend, Caroline Alan.

Caroline Alan is the co-founder and CEO of BEAM Minerals, but like many of my guests on the podcast, she came to her current focus on health and wellness through a debilitating mystery illness that shook her on all limbs of her tree.
