In this inspiring episode, I had the honor of sitting down with Jessica Covington, a passionate ADHD coach whose journey began with her son’s diagnosis but led to a powerful revelation of her own.
As Jessica dove into research to better understand her son’s needs, she started to recognize the same signs in herself. That moment of awareness sparked a life-changing discovery: she, too, had ADHD. What could have been a setback became the beginning of a powerful purpose.
Today, Jessica helps adult women, many diagnosed later in life embrace their ADHD and thrive. Her coaching is holistic, rooted in movement, nutrition, mindfulness, and building systems and habits that honor the way their brains work.
Jessica spoke openly about distraction, sleep issues, rejection sensitivity, and the internal pressure of inconsistent performance. But she also shared how clarity, support, and compassion can transform those challenges into strength.
We also explored the impact of ADHD on relationships and how difficulty with focus and emotional regulation can affect everything from romantic partnerships to professional dynamics. Jessica offered incredible insights on how understanding these patterns is the key to creating deeper connection and stronger communication.
Her message is clear and powerful: Every brain is unique and with the right tools, people with ADHD can truly thrive.
If you’ve ever wondered whether there’s more to your story or if you’ve struggled to make sense of the way your mind works, Jessica’s journey will speak to you.

In this inspiring episode, I had the pleasure of sitting down with Scott Gassner, a Functional Aging Specialist whose passion for helping older adults live fuller, more connected lives shines through every word.
One thing Scott emphasized was the critical importance of purpose and connection as we age. He’s seen firsthand that it’s not just the body that needs attention but maintaining a sense of meaning and meaningful relationships is just as vital. Without it, motivation fades, and both physical and emotional health can suffer.
What makes Scott’s approach so unique is his holistic coaching philosophy. He doesn’t just train bodies, he nurtures minds, spirits, and emotional resilience. His mission is to help clients become the best version of themselves, no matter their age.
We also dove deep into the dangers of isolation for older adults. Scott shared how a lack of social engagement often leads to a dangerous disconnect between mind and body. He works intentionally to help his clients stay connected, engaged, and thriving.
Another powerful part of our conversation centered around bridging the generational divide. Scott offered wisdom for both younger and older generations: encouraging young people to listen and learn from elders, and encouraging older adults to share their wisdom gently, in small, meaningful doses.
You don’t want to miss this episode, it’s a true masterclass in living with strength, purpose, and joy at every stage of life.
