On this weeks podcast I chat about why its a really good idea to get a dating buddy who you can chat to about guys profiles, where you should meet, what things are concerning you, check their behaviour.
Chat about how you feel about someone and chat about well generally anything. It also means you will be less likely to message the new man in your life as much which will give him the space that he needs.

On this weeks podcast I chat about about getting unwanted sexual messages on dating apps and how to spot the profiles that might send you these types of messages. If you get a message then just don't interact with them, just block them as they will feed off the attention of the reply that you sent them.
I also chat about deception and people who lie and types of lies, at the end of the day if you lie you are going to get caught out eventually, its always better to tell the truth although the occasional well meaning white lie is ok.
I also chat a bit more about Romance scams and if you met a bloke in the pub and started dating, at which point would you lend him some money or give him a copy of your passport and driving license? Probably only if you were applying for something official or applying for a holiday visa, so why would you give this information to a face of someone that you have never actually met?

One this weeks podcast I find out whether Dating App Addictions are a thing.
I run through the top ten mismatched expectations in a relationship and why its important to spend sometime working out what sort of person you are and what you are looking for in a relationship.
I also chat about communication challenges, communication in a relationship is one of the most important things and if you can't talk to your partner about sexual things or about emotions that at some point its going to be a real issue.

On this weeks podcast I chat about Ghosting and Catfishing and also online dating fraud.
I delve into how to avoid being ghosted and what we should be doing rather than ghosting someone.
I discuss what catfishing is and how to spot a catfish dating profile and also touch on dating fraud, the upshot being that you should not be giving money or personal details to anyone that you have not been intimate with.

One this weeks podcast I chat about Breadcrumbing and Paperlclipping in dating, what they are and how you should call people out on their behaviour or stop someone from behaving like that towards us in the first place.
If you are interested you are interested but I for one am done with someone chucking my breadcrumbs to try and keep my interest while they are making their mind up. If they can't make their mind up, then move on, they are not worthy of you in the first place.
This is why you need to be strong and emotionally ready before you start dating.

For this weeks podcast I spent a week online dating on Bumble.
Have a listen to my podcast to see how it went, for hints and tips and get an idea of just how many guys you need to chat to, be it real or bots to find someone that you actually want to meet?
Its an online dating platform so keep that in mind and not a social networking platform, so yea chat for a couple of days, then ask them if they want to meet for a coffee in a public location.
There are lots of safety hints and tips, beware of the guys who just want to hook up though and make sure that you use video, if guys can see what you are like then you are more likely to get a match.

This week we have had a fair amount of snow and some horses will not have had any access to turn out. With this in mind this weeks podcast is about how to stay safe out hacking, being courteous to other road uses, wearing high viz and also some hints and tips for other road uses on what you might be passing on the road, i.e. a horse that has been in a stable for 23 hours, or a horse that has just been clipped and might get a bit silly when the weather turns cold.

In this weeks podcast I am looking at what to look for when buying a horse trailer, why weights and dimensions are more important than the colour.
I also chat about towing vehicles and what you should look at and think about when buying a tow vehicle.

I have lived a full life, been married, divorced, travelled with others and alone, been to concerts and festivals alone. I have run a marathon, owned and run my own small holding and separate dog walking business, I ride horses and currently own a rare breed Fell pony called Merlin. I have taken part in dressage, show jumping, cross country and long distance rides. I have been on a South African Wildlife Safari, riding horses amongst zebras and giraffe. I have worked for a Royal College, a Castle on a small country estate, in book production and publishing, for Italian and Chinese companies.
I started my podcast to help me survive divorce, it has taken me on an incredible journey and I have pushed myself out of my comfort zone, doing activities the stories of which are available for you to listen to. I have met some incredible individuals along the way, real people who have overcome lots of different life challenges.
I have found myself having coffee with Paula Radcliff in Manchester, I have met Chris Evans, been interviewed by him on Virgin Radio, I have met the inspirational Richard Branson, sat next to the lovely Jake Quickendon at a charity event and asked him if he was on Instagram. I have worked on my self development, physical fitness and mental health, having suffered from social anxiety and had a massive lack of self confidence and I talk about this in my podcasts. By pushing myself to do all the things I talk about in my podcast, I have built up resilience. I am now mentally strong enough to date and my podcasts are currently on this topic. There are interviews with some truly inspiring real people to have a listen to, real life role models, who have overcome real life situations which you can listen to for advice and encouragement to help you through life.
Oh and I am James Blunts girl from the subway and it's not just the one song! I didn't want to be famous or judged for not being as beautiful as people imagined me to be, as I look in the mirror and don't see it, true beaty is within you. I also don't want to be known as that woman that the song is as about. I am my own person and its important that I have my own identity.
