Had my kids on the podcast with me. The give me my inspiration and my drive so I wanted to give them their time in the son.  They always have my back sometimes literally.  If you have kids you get it if you don't you might not.  Don't worry right after this we get right back into the MMA mix.

We had on a couple guests but at 11:00 minutes in we have on the one and only Charlie Anzalone.  He tells some great stories, including how Dana White came to run the UFC, Harold Howard, Kevin Rosier, everyone's favorite Bas Rutten.  Some great classic era stuff.  At 1:11:00 in I call a local promoter Ritch Mitchell and get my cohost Ray a real mma fight.  At 1:20:00 we have on Frank the Tank Soos.  We talk local mma, Miki Gaskin pooping himself during an MMA fight. At the end even Franks girlfriend was cheering his interview was done
