CBRM council is meeting for three days this week at The Lakes Resort in Ben Eoin to work on a strategic plan. The meetings have not been advertised and are not open to the public, as required under provincial law. Mayor Amanda McDougall says the meetings are necessary to start laying out a plan for the next four years. Reporter Tom Ayers spoke to the mayor and political science professor Tom Urbaniak.
