In celebration of my 100th episode (woohoo!), I have invited 5 special guests on the show who I find personally inspiring and helped shape my life for the better.

I invited them on as I think we overlook the small yet signifcant ways we can live a more meaningful life that inspires others simply by thinking beyond ourself. It is what helps us find strength we didn't know we had and make choices out of love, rather than fear. Most importantly, it helps us impact more lives and reduce the suffering in our world. To me, there is no greater honour in life than the opportunity to do this - to be the change we want to see.

So please enjoy hearing from my special guests and take some time to think about the ways you could focus more on what you can give to this world, rather than just what can we get from it. The latter may bring happiness, but giving is what brings something far greater - fulfilment, connection and a sense of purpose. That is what life is all about to me.
