About Erin:

Erin Gingery is a proud mother of two and a Southern California native who currently calls San Diego home. Her love for travel and passion for people naturally led her to a career in healthcare staffing, where she has found deep purpose and fulfillment. Erin began her journey in the industry in 2012 as a recruiter with a competitor, and in 2019, she joined AMN Healthcare with the goal of pursuing leadership.

Since then, Erin’s career has grown alongside her family. In 2021, after returning from maternity leave with her first daughter, she was promoted to Manager of Recruitment. A year and a half later, while expecting her second daughter, she stepped into the role of Director of Recruitment. Erin takes immense pride in the path she has forged — both personally and professionally.

She is passionate about the relationships she has built over the years and finds genuine satisfaction in helping others achieve their goals. Outside of work, Erin enjoys exploring the outdoors, staying active, and planning her next travel adventure.
