The 24-year old all-star – who missed Monday’s drubbing of the Chicago Bulls – is expected to return to the court tomorrow against the Minnesota Timberwolves, according to various reports.

The Boston Celtics bounced back Monday night against the Chicago Bulls. Jaylen Brown lead the way with a very efficient 21 points, while the rest of the team followed suit in a balanced attack.

The Celtics looked great, even with Kyrie Irving sitting out due to left knee soreness.  Brad Stevens has said it doesn't seem to be a long-term concern, but could last the week. While Kyrie Irving sat out to rest a sore knee, Brad Stevens gave the start to Shane Larkin in his place, stating that he wanted to keep their red hot second unit- Terry Rozier and Marcus Smart- playing together. The move obviously worked, as they rocked the Bulls early and often, jumping out to a 26-5 lead to open the game, and they would never look back in their 105-86 win.

The Boston Celtics announced that they will be without Kyrie Irving in their game tonight at the Chicago Bulls. The All-Star has a some soreness in his left knee. 

The Oscars had a bit of an NBA tilt to them last night, as in addition to Kobe Bryant winning for Best Animated Short, Celtics fans got some insight into how Irving found out about his trade last summer while on the set of his upcoming film, Uncle Drew.
