The Celtics fell to the Jazz at home Friday night, as the offense was unable to maintain any kind of rhythm throughout the game. All-NBA center Rudy Gobert left after just two minutes, as it is being reported that he suffered an MCL sprain. Kyrie still managed to carry the offense with 33 points, but aside from Al Horford's 21, no other Celtic was able to reach double digits. Defensively, the Celtics allowed the Jazz to shoot 52 percent from 3-point range which was ultimately the difference in the game.
Gordon Hayward, who spent time visiting kids at the hospital and Boys and Girls Club of Boston, wants his new squad to beat the Utah Jazz tonight by 40. Elsewhere, LeBron James tied Larry Bird with 59 triple-doubles in a win over the Los Angeles Lakers, after which he had a intriguing moment with Lonzo Ball.

The Boston Celtics took out their frustration on the Denver Nuggets after loss to Chicago Bulls. LeBron's mystery location for free agency continues. Stats show that the Celtics are dominant in the third quarter.
In a high scoring affair, the Celtics defeated the Nuggets by a score of 124-118, with Kyrie leading the way with 33 points. Jaylen Brown scored an efficient 26 points at a 75 percent clip, while the C's shot 59.5 percent as a team. The Nuggets backcourt had a monster night too, as Gary Harris scored a career high 36 points while Jamal Murray dropped 28 points to go along with 10 boards. Denver's 118 points are also the most scored against the Celtics defense this year.
Injury update and preview for the Celtics vs. Nuggets game tonight. Gordon Hayward has ditched the walking boot, but there still is no official timetable for his return.
