Be a faithful witness. As we live a persistent and consistent life of faith the Lord provides opportunities for us to proclaim Him in this world. Our conduct as well as our words must point the lost world to our God and Savior.

Humbly accept God’s call of mercy. The world belittles, ignores, and denies God. Yet God patiently waits while extending His mercy. But one day His patience will come to an end, then the judgment. Today is the day to accept God’s mercy in Christ.

Be humble before God. In humility, we must consider God and others as more significant than ourselves. We can cultivate humility in our lives by knowing God deeply and lovingly serving Him.

Be humble before God. Pride exalts self above God and others. Pride takes glory away from the Lord and clings to comfort. The humble let God expose their pride with a heart of repentance.

Be humble before God. God is the supreme King and ruler over all. He is merciful and patient but will not allow the proud to go unjudged. Humility begins with a proper understanding of God’s greatness.

Resolve to stand in this godless world. We must stand firm for the faith in this world even when faced with hostility. When we stand firm for the faith we get a front-row view of God’s mighty hand at work.

Do not be deceived by this world of idolatry. This godless world is filled with idolatry and false worship. It desires to even lead God’s people away from Him. God’s people must be ready to stand against the deceptions and oppositions of this world.

Represent the supreme King and His Kingdom. God’s people represent God to the godless world. Believers make God and His coming kingdom known to the world through their actions, attitudes, and words.
