Scheduling non-negotiable time for self-care and family activities prevents you from feeling on-call 24/7 and helps you reset. Setting Boundaries: Learning to say no and setting clear boundaries with clients is essential. Not every client request has to be met, and sticking to your core services can save you time and energy.
