20: It’s been awhile but we are a back with another Just The Sip episode featuring my frequent honorary co-host, Jazzy J. She’s been on a few trips, I’ve been on a few dates, and we’re here to talk about it all, beginning with my first “ghosting” experience ever. Ugh. Plus, our thoughts on hair on men in all the nooks and crannies. **Peep the Ranch Water cocktail recipe in the show notes**

19. Ramel Wallace is an artist and entrepreneur who has created a career out of combining the two together. He truly does good work for the San Diego community, and really anyone his music and non-profit touches. In this episode, we talk about growing up in non-traditional families and dealing with abandonment issues at a young age. Ramel is an incredibly talented hip-hop artist, so we also talk about our world’s social, political and economic issues, how they inspire his music and why he feels it’s important to address.

17: My friend Megan joins me today to talk all about her relationship journey. I met Meg through my friend Emma, who in fact was introduced to me as Emma’s first girlfriend. In today’s episode, we talk about falling in love with people, not genders; what is what like telling her Southern Conservative Christian parents about her fiance who is a female; and of course, SEX! Duh who do you think I am?? While we always strive to be entertaining on this podcast, I truly hope you send this episode to someone who might need it <3

16: Needless to say, Sara Brooks is a PR maven, with experience working on both coasts, and both ends of the spectrum on the media side and with clients. She launched Covet PR in 2014, setting out to create a PR agency like no other, focusing solely on consumer brands that are pushing boundaries, setting new standards and innovating the wellness industry. Covet PR has been so successful, that top digital marketing agency, Power Digital, acquired Sara’s business baby, keeping her in an executive role.
Sara is so much fun to talk to; I seriously felt like I was sitting at happy hour with a friend I’ve known for years. She has so many useful tips for business owners and also balancing your lifestyle around your entrepreneurial life.

15: Today we are talking ALLLLL about cheating. After playing back this episode, I couldn’t help but realize that cheating is literally just like a playbook for football. There are a few different positions, and several ways to “play” the ball. You can be the cheater, the mistress, the friend who knows, or the one being cheated on. Jazmin and I go through our thoughts on these different positions, opinions on hypothetical situations and our own personal experiences being in these positions. Theme of this episode: we empathize with all of you out there in the fucked up game of cheating.

14: BONUS EPISODE! What you didn’t hear on my Just The Sip episode with ex-boyfriend, Chris, were the fishbowl questions we asked each other! I wrote up a bunch of questions, threw them in a fishbowl, and we picked them out at random. We’re talking about our weirdest dating stories, pegging (???), red flags, and of course the burning question, "Why are men so stupid?" Lol. Listen to this one as you’re getting ready to go out on a Friday night to scout some fresh meat. Cheers!

13: Chanel sits down with Jazmin and little Los Sundays tequila to talk about mixing business with pleasure. Do you swipe right or left when your hot client or coworker pops up? What are the boundaries you should set and should follow when it comes to mixing the two? Not going to lie, we do get a bit more serious about dating guys in the corporate world and comparing your {lack of} benefits to theirs. We also talk about my experience getting my face licked in Cabo, how to attract men when you're traveling by yourself and the whole concept of the “fuck buddy”.

12. Lara Worm is the founder of Bivouac Ciderworks and she is one badass entrepreneur. I love how much she loves women and supporting them and making them feel included no matter. Her and I hit it off pretty instantly and realized how similar we were and how much we had in common... including a dude lol. We are fucking eskimo sisters!
Lara has had quite an amazing career path, starting out as a big time prosecutor in Washington DC and later moving back home to San Diego to start her own business. Her personality is super radiant and she's so easy to talk to and so open, which is exactly the type of person I look for to interview on this podcast!
