The party reunites after Orion and Ike's side quest. They then make their way back to the Red Rock Tavern to collect Sullivan and head towards Candlekeep. More is revealed about Orion's mysterious condition, Joanna receives a warning from Naralis, and the true identity of Val's ax, Linda, is discovered with the help of Sullivan.

Ike and Orion take a short side quest to further investigate the nearby den of werewolves with their new companion, Saiph. Both men learn a little more about the other and create a hopeful alliance with the pack protecting the forest.

The party awaits Orion's return from yet another high stakes stealth mission. Joanna reaches a higher understanding of her God through a bittersweet encounter with a memory long past. Orion runs into a half giant named Saiph who seems to know more about his celestial influence. The group reconvenes and tracks down Powell after retrieving the orb and makes sure he's unable to cause any more harm to the Forgotten Realms.

The party anxiously awaits Orion's exit from Castle Krag. Once reunited, they must decide to either attempt to subdue Powell and retrieve the orb now... or tail him and wait for a more opportune moment to strike. In order to slow the Zhent and Banites within to help both Orion and protect Val, Hoj and Ike perform another wild shape heist while Joanna hears voices on the wind.

The party continues their quest to locate Powell and the orb of Damara after their evening festivities. They quickly learn the lengths some will go to for power as they track this object to Castle Krag, seemingly the headquarters for both the Zhentarim and the Banite cultists.

Our party rushes to heal the cursed Val and strength sapped Joanna upon their return to town. The orb taken from the Tomb of Damara is passed into less ideal hands in order to keep our paladin safe on the way to the home of someone who will prove to be a valuable ally for our heroes. That night, the party makes it back to the inn just in time for the weekly Skull Crackers Pun Contest!
