ONE THING: God loved us all so much, that HE gave us Jesus, to save our souls from sin.

    By believing in the Lord Jesus Christ and not committing works of evil. (God glorifying faith and deeds)

WORSHIP Become a Christian and live like it. Gladly submit to the Lordship of the Savior Jesus Christ.

COMMUNITY Proclaim the Gospel Good News that Jesus saves. Show, Tell, Act like a Christian. To be rather than to seem.

SERVICE Point out the soul danger. Lovingly help others to see when their choices are not as God would want for them to be.

MULTIPLICATION Reveal to others how they can truly be loved. Let others know how God’s love for you, through Jesus, brought true love into your life.

ONE THING: Joy has and always will come from following Jesus Christ.

Micah 5:1-2

CONTEXT: Daily stand with and behind the Lord Jesus in heart, mind, soul and strength.

What are some things that attack the joy of our friends, family and neighbors?

Anything that lures them away from Jesus.

How can we help others and ourselves have more joy?

By helping them have more Jesus in their heart mind soul and life. 

We exist to bring God glory and make disciples.

WORSHIP Get old with Jesus, the Ancient of Days. Follow Jesus faithfully moment by moment, day by day, year by year. Joy accumulates over time with Christ.

COMMUNITY Turn the other cheek as you look to Christ. Help others to see what they think is bringing them joy is really bringing them harm.

SERVICE God’s Kingdom come, God’s will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. Apply a Biblical response to life’s circumstances.

MULTIPLICATION Live out loud the joy of Jesus. Proclaim it is Jesus that brings you through and invite others to join you in the joy of following Jesus.

ONE THING: Put your faith in Christ alone. (He alone is worthy)

Isaiah 11:1-4, 10

CONTEXT: Day to day faithfully follow Jesus. (Seek & Pursue Him, then gladly submit)

Faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. Hebrews 11:1

What are some ways we can express our faith in Jesus?

   Receive Salvation then seek to pursue Jesus Christ.

What does every person truly need in an increasing measure?

   A faith strengthening relationship with Jesus Christ. 

Seek first the kingdom of God and then all these things will be added unto you. Matthew 6:33

WORSHIP Seek and pursue Jesus Christ. In word, thought and deed go to Christ more and more.

COMMUNITY Live each day the Jesus way. Everything you face respond like Christ.

SERVICE Give your faithful best in how you follow Christ. Let Jesus determine what you do.

MULTIPLICATION Give others the opportunity to put their faith in Jesus Christ. Whether it is being saved by grace through faith or a chance to be faithful.

ONE THING: Jesus Christ is the hope of and for all people.

Psalm 130:1-8

CONTEXT: The only way to enjoy the hope of Jesus Christ is to be in Jesus Christ. 

What fuels hope? 

Focusing on Jesus Christ through faithfulness to the Bible. Confidence expressed.

Why do we need hope? 

To remind us that only Jesus can redeem us from sin that so easily entangles and wishes to devour us.

WORSHIP Time in Jesus increases your hope from Jesus. When you taste and see that the Lord is good you will be faith filled with hope.

COMMUNITY Love others with the steadfast protection of Christ likeness. The hope of Christ is both merciful and protecting from danger.

SERVICE By being faithful to Christ you can strengthen the hope people have in Jesus.  Live as a watchman who knows the Son will return again.

MULTIPLICATION Hope in the Lord Jesus is the only hope that will remain. Draw people to Jesus with the hope that they may be saved and replenished.

ONE THING: God is so great don’t hesitate to communicate it.

1 Chronicles 16:8-36

CONTEXT: Give thanks to the Lord, proclaim the good news of His salvation from day to day. V34, 23

Why is God so great?

He alone is good and His mercy endures forever. So much why.

Why should we tell others God is great?

Salvation and Sanctification. So others are born-again and become mature disciples.

WORSHIP Tell God He is great. Praise Him daily, a lot.

COMMUNITY Tell ourselves how great is God.  Praise God together, wherever.

SERVICE Tell all the Good News of God’s salvation in Christ Jesus. Come and see what Jesus is to me.

MULTIPLICATION Tell people God is great. Share all the ways He is good and has unending mercy.

ONE THING: When thanksgiving to God is given then you know you’re living.

1 Chronicles 16:1-7

CONTEXT: Give God praise and credit for how He demonstrates His Sovereign presence.

How can we know we are thankful for forgiveness and the holiness journey?

By our faith-filled deeds that brings God glory and helps others do the same.

How can others know God offers forgiveness and the journey of holiness?

By giving our obvious faithful best to God’s will for the day.

WORSHIP Praise God for who He is to all of us. Take time each day to give God credit for His majesty.

COMMUNITY Give others the opportunity to get involved in giving God thanks. Help them to use what they are good at to give God praise.

SERVICE Give credit where credit is due. When God des good, help others to realize it.

MULTIPLICATION Lovingkindness can help others connect with God. Use the resources around you to help others see God’s goodness

ONE THING: Confession and commitment are foundational to our relationship with God.

Ezra 3:12-13

CONTEXT: Genuine confession and commitment to God will have an impact on our community.

How can weeping and joy in the hands of God be a good thing?

   It can draw us closer to Him while strengthening our devotion to Him.

How can God use our confession and commitment for His glory and the good of others?

   It can cause others to see and respond to God.

Based on this message what can you do to become more like Jesus?

Gospel-Centered = 

WORSHIP Confession and commitment are good for the soul. Wisely respond to and offer God each of these as the Holy Spirit leads.

COMMUNITY Share the biblical truth in brotherly love. Be honest about the struggles and joy of your Christian journey.

SERVICE Give people the opportunity to confess and commit to God. Encourage them to go to God in prayer and practice.

MULTIPLICATION Start with their status of the relationship with Jesus. If they have no foundation in Christ they will have no lasting fulfillment in life.

ONE THING: There is a lot to celebrate when Jesus is your foundation.

Ezra 3:10-11

CONTEXT: Your celebration should focus on Jesus in a God honoring way.

What is an important component to worship and praise?

    That its foundation is set on the Lord Jesus Christ.

Why should we worship and praise Jesus?

   He is good, His love is steadfast and enduring. Our foundation as Christians rest on Him. 

Based on this message what can you do to become more like Jesus?

WORSHIP Remember your foundation is in Christ. Praise Jesus for saving your soul from sin and death.

COMMUNITY Celebrate with other believers. In God honoring ways make it known Jesus is so good.

SERVICE Respond to Jesus for the great things He has done. Let out what Christ has done for you.

MULTIPLICATION Be specific in your worship and praise of Jesus. Details in how Jesus is good gives people more opportunity to connect with Him.

ONE THING: Faithful availability leads to Godly possibility. 

Ezra 3:8-9

CONTEXT: The faithful family of God comes together to fulfill God’s will.

Why is it important to start what God has commissioned and commanded us to do?

   So Jesus can save souls, The Holy Spirit can make disciples and God is glorified.

WORSHIP Tell the Lord you are ready to follow. Ask Him to show you where He wants to use you.

COMMUNITY Follow God by being Christlike. Like Jesus fulfill the Father God’s will.

SERVICE Journey together towards Jesus. Simply ask others to follow as you follow Christ. 

MULTIPLICATION Live life God’s way. Each day gladly submit your way for His way.

ONE THING: Devotion to God draws others far from God to Him. 

Ezra 3:6-7

CONTEXT: God’s will for using the resources at your disposal, in community, creates opportunity for Gospel impact. 

Why is devotion to God so important to the foundation of our life?

   Because Jesus Christ is the only way, truth and life of life. All others will crumble and ultimately destroy us. 

What is a key to drawing people far from God closer to Him?

   To give them an opportunity to use the gifts God gave them in a Christlike way. 

Based on this message what can you do to become more like Jesus?

Gospel- Centered = 

WORSHIP Devote yourself to God entirely. More and more demonstrate your commitment to God in all areas of life. 

COMMUNITY Give the gift of opportunity. Make ways for all others to contribute to what God is doing in, through and around you. 

SERVICE Obey God for His glory and their benefit. The point of life is to point to Jesus.

MULTIPLICATION Give the gift of others using their gift. If someone is good at something help them find a way to use it for the kingdom of God.
