Whilst chatting off mic during the recording of Chapter 1, Ant was a little taken aback when I began talking about the the bands I had been into in my formative years.

He had assumed, and I can kind of see why, that I had always been a bit of a popster in my youth. So we decided it would make an interesting place to start a gentle ramble through my musical influences.

After that I read a little more for the diary. Iceland, London, Wales & Poland (in a matter of days!) and a heady mix of mid-air near-misses and unexpected encounters.
