Brittani and Braileigh are ready to leave their tumultuous past behind. But Brittiani quickly realizes that even in this haven, life has a way of throwing curveballs. Unable to adjust to a life without chaos, Brittani rebels, setting off a chain reaction of events that lead to a custody battle and hard learned lessons for Brittani, Braileigh, and their dad. Amidst the chaos, Braileigh's soft confidence begins to shine as she is growing into an adult and budding artist. 

While the world is relentless at times, these sisters are made of tougher stuff. They find solace in the family's weekly Sunday dinner at Granny’s house, a tradition that becomes the glue holding their family together through the toughest of times.
